Lost progress on PS4

Hey, so i buyed R6S on PC and i thought i will have all the progress here from PS4, but i have level 0 and all skins/agents gone. Even on PS4 i have nothing at all. I tried to download cloud saves but it didnt help. Can you help me with it?
