Sabneo v7 Question!

Hi, hope someone can help please!

We have two Sabneo V7 sabers, and they're great.

But, whereas one of them we can set to Mute and it will then power down quietly, the other saber always plays this audio sound REALLY loud - "The Resistance is dead, the war is over!"

It doesn't matter whether its on Low, High or Mute, it always plays that sound whenever it powers down!!

Anyone else have this issue? Anyone know please how to turn it off?
