Doming: Professionalism vs Play

As an outsider looking in for the most part I'm curious about, to be blunt, Doms getting off during play sessions.

I very often see Doms running a session where they focus 100% on the sub and their pleasure both for safety and the overall experience. I understand that a lot goes into things like this and no two sessions are alike, but out of curiosity I want to know how many Doms get an orgasm themselves during or related to a typical session.

I'm especially curious about Doms who play at parties, or are the type of respected and well known individual who have subs come to them for individual sessions, either just for fun or for content related reasons. Most of these people seem extremely professional and I can't quite picture them getting any direct pleasure from it in that way.

For the record, I am very much aware that the act itself is often the whole point and more than enough. I'm just wondering if these people either get a release during the session or if they go home afterwards and do it another way, or if they are just satisfied with what they did and don't need the actual orgasm from it.

Hopefully I made myself clear enough and I understand that I'm probably making a lot of assumptions here, but I'm just looking for a little bit of a peek behind the veil.
