Samsung G9(LC49g95tssnxza) Buzzing sound when gaming

I have been scouring the internet for a solution, it is driving me insane. Basically, when I alt+tab to a game, a high-pitched whine starts coming out, alt+tab again, and it goes away. It has been doing this for months, but I have been busy/distracted with work and family and finally sat down to try and crack it. Anyone else dealt with this?

I can have a windowed game open on one side, and as soon as I click into the window it starts buzzing. So the graphics are displayed on the screen but it does not buzz until the game becomes the active window.
