Being a parent really changes this game for me.

Way back when this game came out I was in middle school and like a good number of people thought the story was a little weak, and thought most of the survivors dialogue was a bit aggressive in some points of the game. Recently started playing it again for the first time in 6 years and Jesus Christ is be on a warpath if my son and wife were taken from me the dialogue almost feels tame when he's speaking to kellog.
