New mattress options

My last mattress I bought at IKEA and the off-gassing gave me headaches and muscle aches. Who knows what they sprayed on there.

Now I’m looking for a new one and worried about chemicals. Any knowledge you can impart? Also, I have a nut allergy but assume latex won’t give me a problem.
