Fiancées birthday is today

Shes sick and miserable and we're broke. All she wants for her birthday is to be able to pay our car insurance. She lost her job a few days before Christmas and I've been sick so I missed a week and a half of work. We paid our rent and now have $2. We need to pay $90 or we lose our insurance due to it being late the last 3 times we paid. Any and all help is so appreciated! Thank you kind redditors!
