Same place for 1 month (with kid): Bali, Vietnam or Thailand?

Husband, 5 year old and I will be travelling for a long period next year. We want to rent a place and stay for 1-1.5 month in the same place. We like walking around cities, good coffee and fine dining as well as street food, the beach and playgrounds. We would do day trips to visit the country. We’re hesitating between Bali, Thailand and Vietnam. Any suggestions? More precise locations? Tips?
