Wearing makeup after microblading

Hi! I'm getting my eyebrows microbladed for the first time and had some questions. I know about the ugly healing phase (😭) and was wondering at what point can I apply makeup over the brows to fix the patchy spots. Two weeks after the appointment I'm going overseas for a month so when I get back I'll go for the touch-up but was wondering if I can wear makeup in the meantime (so I won't look awful). Second question I had was, can I still wear eyeliner after getting my eyebrows done?
