Is there a warm, or at least warmer than being outside, place I can work on my car during the winter for a few hours at a time?

Only thing that comes to mind is finding a parking garage I can pay to park at and hope that security doesn’t give me any issues.

For reference, my work van is too tall to fit in my garage so, at most, I can fit only the hood/engine portion which is good against the rain but useless against the temperature and/or wind.
