Any negotiating with used cars these days?

I understand you cant tell me anything absolute, but what goes on at YOUR dealership? I havent been in the market for quite a while and I understand new cars are still a sellers market but what about used? Are most places going to have carmax style pricing or is there any back and forth like the old days? Also same with the extended warranties F/I sells? Those used to take more negotiating than the car price lol.. still the same or nah?
