Problems Installing Stable Diffusion.

I am trying to install replicate stable diffusion, but i ran into a problem. After pip installing "replicate", i tried to grab an api token like the instructions said to, by entering "export REPLICATE_API_TOKEN=[token]". The Command Prompt said that was invalid.

I then thought to switch over to the python shell, but i just got syntax errors. The instructions are vague, and they really need to upload some pictures onto that site, because i have no idea what i'm doing.

If anyone could tell me what's going on that would be great, because i don't mess with python very much.
