How long should I expect 5 in 1 blades to last before sharpening?

Maybe used my clippers 10x and they’re already cutting poorly. I can’t get them to shave smoothly on the face, now it looks choppy when I try. I also need to apply a lot more pressure when shaving the feet and still can’t get an even shave. I was able to achieve a clean shave previously. I oil and clean my blade after every use. What am I doing wrong?
