Lockdown on Structures

I'm working on a mod for Brood War. Paying attention to every detail and how modifications would affect the relationships between different units.

I don't assume anyone here cares much for mods, but if anyone knows anything about how Lockdown would affect structures, I'd love some insight.

Particularly: *Do Pylons continue to produce a psionic field? *Can units be trained/research progress under Lockdown?

Testing everything after each change is a bit tedious, so any help with this detail would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
