What does the Master of Masters intend to do?

The connection to xehanort, the eventually meeting with Sora, the inevitable black box, Kingdom Hearts itself, the other reality, and finally Yozora.

It still intrigues me that even xehanort was part of a experiment or something. Even when Kingdom Hearts was revealed, that's still apart of his plan I think.

Is there any theories is to what possible plan Master of Masters has?
