Breeches for my wife

My wife wants a second pair of breeches for riding. She has an insulated pair that she wears right now. Unfortunately her second pair she bought for herself is extremely see through. The brand is Carrots (not spelled like that though), and they are Tan coloured.

I was going to buy a pair for her birthday, but I got no idea where to start - and how to make sure they won't be see through. Is that fairly common for non-insulated ones, similar to yoga pants / etc. ? Meaning even the most expensive pairs still show a bit if you are stretched or bent over.
