Hepatitis B transmission questions. Please help

I’ve been told Hepatitis B doesn’t spread by sharing of food. Does that mean it doesn’t spread by kissing? (French kissing, to be precise)

Will it spread from semen to mouth contact? Or will it spread only if there are open sores in the receivers mouth?
