How do you feel about having kickers and punters in dynasty?

Our commish is proposing adding kickers and punters in our league, so I was just curious how people felt about having either position in dynasty. I'm personally not a fan of kickers, but not totally against it if that's what the majority of my league wants. I've never played with punters though. Also this is a friend league, with a relatively small pot so I'm not looking for "I'd leave a league if they added x" type responses ha.
