Realistically if you dedicated 1-2hrs everyday to learning and developing skills in 3D modeling softwares, how long would it take to become pro?

Question says it all. I am driving towards a career in game design, specifically hard surface modeling. About how long should I expect to dedicate myself before being prepared for my first internship? Currently I am focusing on blender but plan to learn Zbrush as well.
