warning: negative Dracula seems to cause glitch?

So the territory that flips stats came up giving my dracula 0 cost 4 power. I drew Red Skull after this with his initial 5 cost 15 power. At the end of the game dracula discarded red skull and got his 5 cost instead of 15 power.

Currently attempting to contact support. Last attempt froze the app.
