Lowest cost full national team?

Since I already had Afif, Ali and Al Haydos (Qatar's three most expensive cards), I decided to splurge and round out the team. Cost (NA server) was just under 8M. Team plays defense really well, and is built to absorb pressure then counter-punch. It's not a high-scoring bunch.

Anyone else build out a low-cost national team?
