account got Hacked again( second time)

So my genshin account got hacked again and when I try to refill the form it said time out and retry it again after one hour. I try fill the form again after one day and it said duplicated form even tho I haven't fill anything. When I ask the case number they give me ticket number. When I show it to hoyoverse support they said it already proceed. I wait for like 2 months now and they said the same thing over and over again. At 2023 I try to fill the form again and it still said duplicated form. At this point hoyoverse is trolling me. Have anyone experienced double hack? Can u help me how to get back? I spend too much in this game so I must get it back.
