Exploring a Nanny Share

Hi! We’re looking into a nanny share and I was hoping to get some advice about questions to ask & what to look for/know. We’ve found a nanny that sounds promising, we’re doing a phone interview with her later today. We don’t know the other family and will be talking to them later if the nanny interview goes well. We are first time parents and any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
