Did PUBG change the matchmaking in Normal mode? My lobbies are full of bots and low Level players! (EU servers)

So recently after the new patches my lobbies have become full of bots and new players what exactly is going on I'm barely having in good fights and it's killing my enjoyment of this game, anyone else experiencing this issue?
