Steam Deck+Dock not connecting to monitor.

I'm trying to get my Steam Deck to display on a monitor I have, but when I plug everything into the dock nothing happens.

Some specific things I know.

1. The monitor, HDMI, and USBC (which is the one that game with my steam deck) all work perfectly fine, as I am able to connect my Nintendo Switch to the monitor with zero issue.
2. The monitor is aware that something is plugged into the monitor, as I get a visual indication that the monitor is aware that there is an HDMI plugged in.
3. I already looked at the Steam support page and nothing there helped me. I have turned on External Display Safe Mode, and my deck is fully updated (as far as I know)
4. This is probably the most baffling part of all of this. It was working perfectly fine last night. I was able to see the game on my monitor. I was able to connect my Switch Controller. All with ZERO ISSUES.
