Is netflix going into not cancelling only show coming from successful movies, games, book, story ?

It's like 5 tv show I watch in a row that I love and end being cancelled (Half Bad was the thing that made me think to cancel the subscription), how could they want to attract customer if we're constantly disappointed to never finish anything we start ? I know Netflix have financial difficulty, but are they in dead end ? I feel like soon only show from successful games, movies, book, will be on the platform. It's been a while since I watched a good original not being cancelled and I couldn't even remember what it could have been...

(I know Half Bad isn't an original, but it's more in general)
