Creating a dedicated server for VKQuake?

So I've got a dedicated server running unRAID 24/7 and I'd like to know if I can use it to host a server for VKQuake? I'd like to do some co-op play with a few friends with the ray tracing mod enabled. Anyone know how to go about this?
