Best Hardware

I build gaming PCs and normally use them for editing but I'm downsizing to a laptop so I can edit on the road. I haven't updated my PC in years and Lightroom CC is running a bit slow so I don't want to run into that when buying a laptop.

With Lightroom in mind, what should be the hardware priority when looking for a laptop? CPU, Ram, GPU, in that order or what?

Is there an upper limit too? Like say, any more than 64gb of ram then you won't see any benefits.
