RD movie / tv show links - Constant Lag / Buffering

Had OG Genesis, still worked in 2021 until I cleared Kodi data on accident since Data / Cache side by side on stupid android.

Genesis very seldom buffered and had more content 90% all in HD, content added within an hour of airing.

RD: content often not uploaded till days later on newest popular shows, 7 out of 10 links constantly buffer and lag, quality is lacking on 70% of links.

What gives? Has RD always been this bad? Is there anything close to be as good as Genesis?

Genesis I never had to pay for cause I got some modded kodi system from a pawn shop that some other guy had setup. It had this Tony Stark layout which I can not even find today any place--I'm still very upset I accidentially cleared data--fuck Android fucked up interface that has clear cache & clear data side by side.

RD we pay for, and it's got much buffering, poor quality links.

Is there anything like OG GENESIS today?
