Tow Truck Damaged Car Parked Illegal in My Driveway

I'm in MA.

A car was parked illegally in my driveway. After ringing bells and knocking on doors I couldn't find the owner. I waited overnight, the car was still there, so I had it towed.

During the tow, the tow truck popped the car's tire. Is this going to be my problem? Is any damage to the car my problem? It seemed like the guy had a lot of trouble getting the car up on the truck, so in addition to the tire issue I'm not sure what else could have happened.
