I just got a 3060 but I only get 99fps max on MWII (and that is in the menu). During the cutscene I got a max of 50-60 fps

I got a 3060 for Christmas and I have just installed it. I used to have a 1660 and I feel it performs worse sometimes including frame drops to 6fps. Does anyone know why this might be?
