Anyone ever get sick after a couple of nights partying?

Asking because my partner gets totally wrecked after sometimes just a night of heavy drinking and either mdma or coke that is not related to a hangover

We used to think it was just a hangover but it isn't. It's accompanied with chills, fatigue, body aches, light and noise sensitivity, often nausea and headaches. He gets like this also when he gets a cold or something but he's like, wiped out and in bed completely for like 2 or 3 days

We suspect it's silent migraines because similar issues run in the family

Any perspective or anything that's helped with anyone who's experienced the same
