Finding recrafters is impossible

Can someone point me in the direction of a list or some sort of community that has recrafter names for my region (EU)? I have been posting in trade chat for almost a week now and cannot find anyone to recraft any of my three crafted items. The people who crafted it for me all cannot do primal infusions and/or the level I want (R4), and no one is ever answering in trade chat :(
