Feeding schedule?

How often do you guys feed ur pals? I try and feed mine every few days as I give them frozen blood worms. The newest little guy seems to snack on things in the tank, but my older guy I got I think might be visually impaired as I have to hand feed him with a coral feeder… any tips or suggestions are appreciated :)
