Catalytic Converter Stolen

Hi all! Looking for some advice on what might be wrong. This morning I woke up to my 2007 honda accord's alarm going off. Turns out my catalytic converter got cut and the person drove off with it.

Brought the car up to a place and they put on a catalyic converter and an O2 sensor (aftermarket parts as the car is old and has a ton of miles). It took them an hour to charge the car up to start, and the check engine, check battery, and abs lights were on. Dad is trying to figure out what's wrong, but is having trouble. Dad drove it a bit, parked it, and now it won't start again.

He's currently charging it, but any ideas on what else might be messed up? I'm sick to my stomach that this happened, and I'm hoping it's not going to be too pricey as at this point I might be forced to total the car and I don't know how I'll afford a new one. Any advice appreciated. Thank you.
