What is the best blotting paper?

Hello everyone!

I’m not a makeup user except for like lipgloss but I do wear sunscreen and the issue I have is that when I go to reapply during the day, my skin is shiny/oily (and a bit sweaty 😅) and don’t really want to smear another layer of sunscreen on top which is why sometimes I wouldn’t reapply until I saw someone using blotting paper before reapplying and I thought it was genius.

So I wanted to ask what the best blotting paper would be?
