Which Node.js course would you choose?

I’m a new developer and interested in learning Node.js. Luckily I am able to get free access to Udemy (check your local library!) and Frontend Masters courses. Out of these courses, which would you recommend?

Udemy:

Node.js, Express, MongoDB & More: The Complete Bootcamp 2023 - Jonas Schmedtann

NodeJS - The Complete Guide (MVC, REST APIs, GraphQL, Deno) - Maximilian Schwarzmüller

Frontend Masters:

Intro to Node.js v2 & API design in Node.js- Scott Moss

Any insight is greatly appreciated!
