tips for using a terracotta cloche?

First time baking with a terracotta cloche but after the usual temperature and time (30mins, 200c) I’d give for bread I’ve not no rise and the loaf is pretty much raw still.

So, how long should I be baking it for? And at what temperature?

Do I need to pre-heat the cloche first?

Any other tips I should know?
