How to fix the state of plea for help.

Currently plea for help is majority of the time just used for giving call outs and baiting enemy players.

Currently you can only plea for help if members on your team are still ALIVE. This removes this feature for solo players and wiped squads etc.

You should only be able to plea for help when your team is wiped. This would allow solo players to plea and wiped squads.

This would also remove the toxicity around baiting and players joining other teams to trick them, turn on your original team etc.
