Expo S3 not so difficult as S2

I just finished premium collection and it was not as hard as S2 level. In S2 we had killer levels like 3 super rare Porsche or 5 ultra rare upgraded 3 times. This time I had only two levels with problems - 39 and 47, where you need car from years 60-69 or 20-23. I had only three, but lacking two just fell from low level packs from events (plastic, steel). And I didn't put extra money into buying packs. So this is just to let you know, that this is much more doable if you're f2p than S2.
