Why does my friends always joke about me being pregnant

I’ve (15F) always had a teasing dynamic with one of my friends (15M) but the “pregnant” or “baby” jokes are getting very annoying. Like last night he send me a picture of a pregnant woman with “you be like” and later ugly pictures of babies with caption “your children”. It’s getting annoying but what is so funny about these jokes
