Does official TOEFL score being attached to my application before deadline matter?

Hi. I saw a post in this sub where the op said his application got cancelled due to official TOEFL score not reaching in time. I have sent my TOEFL scores with more than 15 days at hand so I assume my scores reached before time but in some of the applications my TOEFL scores shows unattached even after the deadline. I thought they just take time to attach it and it is not my concern. Am I supposed to email them and follow up on the attachment of score in each application? Does this affect my application?
