Is this Amp Worth It????

I am trying to buy a vintage Ampeg Gemini I. This guy on craigslist is selling one for a fair price and told me that the speaker, tubes, and capacitors have all been replaced. I don’t know much about amps but that has me wondering if it will still sound like a gemini? If those parts have been changed am I still working with the same amp?
