Really a luxury problem, but need help.

So I’ve been running my own business for a little while and the last months has been good cash wise. This business idea is my dream but there’s a obstacle. My dad is slowly reaching pension (a couple of years left) and wants me to take over his company that’s doing very good. So what do I do? Safe the deal for the future of follow my own dream? Im in my twenties by the way.
