Does anyone have access to the NVIDIA Shader Disassembly library for Microsoft PIX?

Shader disassembly on NVIDIA GPUs requires a library that they only give to developers who apply for it, which requires working for a company that's actually developing a game. Does anyone have a link to a reupload of this dll?
