Red Velvet Cake

Does anyone have a keto red velvet cake recipe that they’ve tried and loved? My bday is soon and while there are lots of recipes on google, I know it’s hit or miss (especially with keto recipes). I’ve also never keto baked, so any tips would be appreciated and recommendations for sweeteners to use as well! Thanks!
