OMSCS As Double Major at GT

I am a current Georgia Tech MS student and I will be a PhD student in architecture in the near future at GT. Since my concentration is design computating, I wonder if I can apply for a double master in computer science to sharpen my skills in computating. Thus, I would like to ask if I can enroll in OMSCS program AS MY DOUBLE MAJOR during the time I study for my PhD. I mean, study for two programs at the same time at GT. Is that possible?
