Is it wrong to order a hit on an employee leaving during the workday?

I understand that better job offers msg come along, but surely you can wait til after the 6pm or so company update, and maybe give the person running the business more than 5 mins notice?

Took a pretty large hit because of an employee leaving and want to place a bounty for the equivalent of what was lost, just wondering if it is wrong or not 😅
