4070ti actually ok in todays market?

Hey,

So im coming to that upgrade time and have been waiting for the 4070ti as the 4080 and the 7900xtx are just out my price range.

Obviously the pricing absolutly sucks and we shouldnt be paying these prices.

But i wanna upgrade.... the 4070ti is between a 3080ti and 3090ti in raster and with frame generation it outperforms.

With 3080ti being around 6-800 quid and 3090ti being £800-£1000 then surely the 4070ti makes sense... i know i can perhaps get them cheaper second hand but i like warrenty on something so expensive!

Or am i missing something? I just see all the bashing but why would i buy a 3080/90 when a 4070ti looks a better upgrade for a similar price?

I know the pricing is sh*te compared to before but if i just accept its the way it is for now... does it make sense?
