Payment dispute still showing as unresponded after I responded to it

accepted a payment dispute a couple of days ago from my laptop. To refund a buyer. I just checked my phone and it's still saying "respond to this dispute by today". I'm worried if I respond to it again I'll refund the buyer twice. Is this possible?
